This resource exists to turn a scattered, multi-jurisdiction victim population into a legible claimant group. This page describes what the infrastructure provides, what it deliberately does not do, and how to reach the maintainers.
Victim reports are sealed in the claimant's browser (libsodium sealed boxes) before transmission. The hosted store (Cloudflare KV + R2) holds ciphertext only — site operators cannot read submissions. Claimants release to counsel they designate or to a claimant committee, self-service, via the manage page. Revocation deletes all hosted copies and leaves a content-free tombstone.
Everything published here carries one of three labels — documented / reported / open — per the publishing standard in this repository. Aggregate figures on the data page are marked "reported" until a claimant-verified accounting exists.
The intake schema captures purchase channel, device model, serial range (first/last chars only — full serials are refused by design), preservation status, drain txids, per-chain loss figures, and a narrative — enough for a counsel to size a group claim without holding anyone's secrets.
The primary risk to this claimant population is a fake intake site harvesting recovery phrases. This site rejects seed/private-key-shaped input in-browser before sealing, publishes a standing no-phrase rule, and asks claimants to distrust any channel — including ones impersonating this project — that contacts them first.
Counsel, claimant-committee organizers, journalists, and investigators: reach the maintainers through the community channel where this site was distributed, or via a sealed submission marked "counsel" in the narrative. Please identify yourself, your jurisdiction(s) of admission, and the constituency you represent.
Verifying this site: the canonical URL is
signer-implant-resources.pages.dev. If you received a different domain from
anyone, treat it as hostile until independently verified — clone sites are expected.
Evidence requests: sealed submissions are claimant property. Requests for underlying records should be directed to the claimants themselves through the committee process, or to the maintainers for relay — never to the infrastructure.
